These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the rewradgeteway platform and related services operated by rewradgeteway Inc. By creating an account or clicking "I Agree," you confirm you have read and accept these Terms.
By accessing or using rewradgeteway, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rewradgeteway.
rewradgeteway provides a SaaS dashboard enabling businesses to manage, monitor, and control employee reward API keys from a single interface. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice. Service availability is subject to our published SLA terms.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which are your sole responsibility. We use industry-standard payment processors; we do not store full payment card details.
All content, software, trademarks, and technology comprising the rewradgeteway platform are the exclusive property of rewradgeteway or its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service solely for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
You may not use rewradgeteway to violate any applicable law, infringe third-party rights, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data without permission, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or those of our partners. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable. You retain ownership of your data and may export or delete it at any time per your plan terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, rewradgeteway's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period unless legally required to retain it.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
